The piece was created in response to the space in Manchester Cathedral. On one of the walls, there were many prominent man’s names. To recognise the views and contributions of women, quotations
from 16 feminist theologians were embroidered on the black velvet with gold thread.

Especially when the authorities imposed the national security law, people feel suffocated. The air was collected in different places in the city. Hopefully, one day we can breathe in the air of freedom again.

Glory to Hong Kong is an unofficial national anthem for many Hong Kongers. The song was created during the Anti-extradition Law Movement in 2019. It is still sung during many protests around the world.
